Congratulations to Jenifer on Being Awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) Designation

We’re thrilled to announce that Jenifer Hoffman, Principal Broker/Owner of Hoffman Real Estate has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).

What is the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation?

Jenifer joins more than 27,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR® designation. She did this by taking a 2-day “comprehensive course in buyer representation” with 16 hours of classroom time.

This is Hoffman’s second time completing the coursework. After the first time, in 2013, she did not apply for the designation, a decision that she regretted. The revamped 2024 curriculum was an excellent refresher on the foundation of her business’s success, providing home buyers with her exceptional skill, care and expertise.

The designation also requires elective coursework that are buyer-focused and enhance skills that benefit consumers in the homebuying process. While only one elective is mandatory, Jenifer completed several courses in her career, each with their own certifications. She has earned national certification as an e-PRO, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and At Home With Diversity.

Any Realtor seeking the ABR designation must also provide documentation verifying their professional experience, with a minimum of five (5) completed transactions exclusively representing the buyer. Throughout her 13-year real estate career, Jenifer has successfully closed on 159 deals as an exclusive buyer’s agent. She thoroughly enjoys walking buyers through the process and especially helping first-time homebuyers achieve the American dream of homeownership.
